It is a formal mechanism under the AUST Grievance Redress System (AGRS) that allows stakeholders to submit grievances manually for fair, transparent, and confidential handling.
Any AUST stakeholder, including:
Students (current, former, prospective)
Faculty members and staff
Alumni
Parents or guardians
Service personnel, visitors, and community members
Grievances relating to academic, administrative, employment-related, or service matters within the University's jurisdiction.
⚠️ Criminal, judicial, or statutory matters are not covered.

Download the appropriate Grievance Lodgment Form from the AUST website.
Complete all required fields and attach supporting documents.
Submit the form in person to the Case Officer (Career Counseling Officer, Office of the Advisor of Students’ Welfare) during office hours.
Receive a Tracking Number upon registration.

Confirmation of resolution, or

Processing time may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
Yes. All grievances are handled with strict confidentiality, and no individual will face retaliation for lodging a grievance in good faith.
Grievances may be declined if they are:
Frivolous or malicious
Knowingly false
Unsupported by reasonable evidence
Outside the University's jurisdiction
Yes, but only on procedural grounds.
Within 4 working days of receiving the resolution, you may apply for a Limited Procedural Review if there was:
A procedural irregularity
Denial of due process
A conflict of interest
